Is it illegal to dress up in a hazmat suit and use a yellow asbestos bag to hand out candy for halloween?

Well you see it just isn't the same without the yellow bag as part of your costume. And since everyone is scared of asbestos it only makes sense that an abatement worker is a good halloween costume. So the question lies within the legalities with the use of the asbestos bag (of course there is not actually asbestos in it) its just a bag that yellow and says 'contains asbestos health hazard' etc.

    Was there ever asbestos in the bag? You probably shouldn’t use a bag that has traces of asbestos in it. (health hazard) If its a clean unused bag I think its a great idea. A few people would probably get a laugh out of it! Happy Helloween!!!!

    As long as your hazmat suit is clean, you could dispense with the bag entirely. Just get a couple of green lightsticks then, when you hear trick or treaters at the door, set them going, cut them open, and pour the glowing green goo over yourself. Stagger out with a bowl of candy going "AARRGHH! ITS THE RADIATION!!!"
